In case a product received by you is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as described’, our Returns & Cancellations policies have got you covered.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video of defective products. We follow a no returns, no refunds policy, once your order is confirmed.

  6. Packing slip

Please note that if the above information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

In case an item is undelivered, unclaimed or returned due to customer issues; shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped back using a tractable courier.
